      Pros

      Really care to their employees. It has great values to define the company (The Chevron Ways) which reflect the way every employee should be. In the highlight of work-life balance as an employee, they're quite generous in comepnsation & benefits.

      Cons

      Nothing personal, but rather in global political level; oil, gas and money.

      Pros

      I found Chevron to be a pleasure to work for. Generous pay, reasonable work expectations, and a multitude of opportunity for growth. Clearly well-versed in getting interns up to speed.

      Cons

      I noticed a communication gap between my direct manager, and my project-specific managers. Protocol was that my project outline and expectation documents had to be approved by both, and when there were differences, it was a hassle to reconcile the two.
