Empowerment to make decisions at all levels Emphasis on employee development Emphasis and support for Work life balance Lot of opportunities to move around and move higher International opportunities Cares about employee safety and well being Good communication from management, all directions

Cons

Pay Scale Groups (PSG) Not easy to move fast due to the unofficial 3 year requirement at each PSG. Not much diversity in the middle and upper management, no fresh or diverse thinking at these levels.

Pros

Good compensation, work-life balance, structured training, access to a lot of resources.

Cons

There are some real bad teams in the company. You can be lucky and get a good one, or terrible and get a bad one. International relocation opportunities are almost non-existent for employees with <5 years with the company.
