      Pros

      Chevron remained true to its word that this is indeed a work-life balance environment. It really values your safety and even invested in a lot of ergonomic products just to ensure that its employees are safe. The company will give you a lot of opportunity to work with a lot of competent and diverse colleagues.

      Cons

      - Since the company is a flat structure, opportunity to advance to a higher position is limited. Chances are, you will always end up as an individual contributor - Company has a lot of processes that sometimes are too tedious and redundant - Oil industry is not really doing well right now so budget is tight

      Pros

      User friendly. Allows you to be able to edit and change stuff around. It tell you when you are missing something and it list it nicely with red and you can't miss or get confused.

      Cons

      In some areas it is not clear as to what must you write or what should you right about. Like in this area I'm not sure if I should rate Fluor as the company that I worked for before, the current company or the system but I'm assuming that I should rate the system and that is what I'm doing now.
