Pros

Overall the company strives to be competitive, but maintains safety as its number one concern. They try to provide many incentives, and most management strives to ensure employees are happy and productive.

Cons

The quality of work life is truly represented by the supervisor you immediately report to. If you get unlucky, you're pretty much trapped. Many times, it was "who you know" not "what you know" to squeak by. You will see many people lacking ambition, and these people are dismissed in light of relatives in higher places. Others work extensively over 40 hr/week and are just asked to do more and more. There is definitely discrepancies in workload, that seem to be based on luck of the draw.
