Pros

I can only say there is a decent amount of time off if the Manager has hours to cut for the month. Also, they always pay on time. You can transfer to another site which allows for a new rendition of the overall organization (business unit as compared to corporate).

Cons

The pay is alright, not awesome.

1. Work culture (although it’s about to change) 2. Good retirement benefits 3. Competitive salary

1. It’s about to become Exxon 2. Not very flexible with working remotely, if anything they’re going the opposite way
