      Work life balance is just excellent work 8 to 5:30 and get every other Friday off

      Not cons really other than due to oil prices going down company is reducing cost (making people redundant)

      Strong positive values and culture. Large global company offers good opportunities (longer-term). Oil & Gas (principal business) offers broad, complex and interesting challenges to work on. Good company to work for longer-term.

      Cons

      Large global company that's highly federated. Very slow to get things done, very bureaucratic. Oil & Gas industry downturn currently putting thousands out of work with lay-offs/redundancies and the work environment has currently become a lot more political and negative.
