      A very people oriented place to work.

      Pros

      Great work life balance. 9/80 work schedule. Management cares about safety of employees. A lot of opportunities to move up and around, but just have to be able to network well. Management is flexible.

      Cons

      Almost too people oriented. Process can sometimes be a huge overhead and extend the actual time it takes to complete tasks. Doesn't matter what you do, your title will be IT Professional.

      Pros

      Chevron's work life balance and flexible schedules are a few of the reasons that I like working for them. I was also satisfied with my peers.

      Cons

      I don't really have any except for a few management personnel decisions.
