Pros

Great benefits. Pension 401K and excellent compensation. Good work experience if you work in Upstream. Plenty of opportunities in USA and overseas. Good training program in Horizons. I wasn't a big fan of relocation and I ultimately wanted to go into working in the refinery in Downstream.

Cons

Not very open to employees moving around in business units. Business unit I worked for was a black hole for employees. Also, employees are marked with a black tag if you refuse to move to where the company needs you. Even if your transparent about your personal needs, the end goal is the company's profit.
