      Pros

      Very calm days would be fun and being able to have a good conversation with a customer was also good

      Cons

      Would get very full around rush hour and would also get really dirty, sometimes not having enough people to work

      Extremely political environment. It's hard to succeed and move up unless you are a brown noser for lack of better words. Moving up is also very slow.

      Pros

      Complicated and challenging job working with various moving parts. I especially enjoyed working with colleagues in India and Philippines. working with plants and transportation companies was fulfilling.

      Cons

      Upper management was so focused on "safety" it was very contrived. Meetings were unproductive. Lack of trust from upper management. They got rid of "980s" which allowed us to work 9-9 hour days, and have the 10th off to spend with family. They cancelled this one day with no notice, and it was devastating to me as a mother. absolutely devastating. The lack of communication surrounding it was cowardly.
