Pros

The safety culture is great, management is very nice and inspiring. People in general are nice and professional. I learn a lot from Chevron. The company provides great opportunities for training and career development. Teamwork is also very good. Benefits are great especially if you become an expat.

Salary is so so - clear discrimination between contractors and employees.
