You get to work with and learn from the smartest people in the industry.

Great Company, Bad Middle Management

Pros

Chevron employees great people who are dedicated to their jobs and the company. The benefits and pay are excellent and are above average for the area.

Cons

Favoritism, middle mangers who try to micro manage from a distance. This particular manager had no clue how the facility operated or anything about the people who worked there, but he took a dislike to some and those people were terminated by fabrication of his making.
