Pros

Flexibility. Not a hard job, but can lead to boredom.

Cons

I make less than new hires. Took away giving raises at 6mon. Intervals. Decreased amount of raise. Cut many of the long term employees hourly rate. So no incentive to stay an grow w company. Manager just tells you what he can to shut you up, so he lies. Just seems very greedy company as a whole. Not good benefits.
