Chevron one of the best companies for fresh graduates

Pros

Chevron has a program for young IT professionals that rotates them to at least 3 roles in 5 years. For someone new into the corporate world not knowing what IT space they want to be in yet, the program offers them the chance to do so. Chevron also offers a competitive package that you would not even think twice of. Coupled by a really strong culture of work-life balance, it can just be considered a millenial's dream company.

Cons

The organization is really flat in Chevron so if you care about titles and progression up the corporate ladder you might get frustrated. This doesn't mean that your salary wont increase or you wont get promoted though because you can still get promoted/have an increase while still being on the same role.
