Pros

Decent pay, good benefits, good facilities, professional environment. It still offers pension plan.

Cons

Dependent of your group, corporate politics may be the worst you've ever seen. Surprising level of nepotism for a public company. Too much focus on how you talk and too little on what you know and what you can do.
