Pros

A fantastic place to grow professionally. The company offers a variety of training programs and encourages employees to take on new challenges. Mentorship opportunities are abundant and have been invaluable in my development.

Cons

While the daily tasks can be repetitive, the company is open to suggestions for process improvement and offers opportunities to take on additional projects.

Pros

Excellent benefits, inclusive teams, feedback rich culture

Cons

Company is not the same what it was several years ago due to poor leadership. Constant news or rumors of potential layoffs, executive leadership not being held accountable for the company’s poor performance in recent years, etc. has resulted in constant stress and low employee morale overall in the company.
