      chevron is an excellent company, with a multinational work force, lots of experience and good practices developed during the years. good place to work.

      Cons

      some times can be slow recognizing personnel experience. in some cases personnel assigned to ventures with national companies can be frustrated when there is not an operational control and goals are dificult to achieve when desitions rely on partners and not in employeer .
