Pros

Overall good experience. Lots of opportunities for interns to engage in all parts of the company, not just with their team. Clear expectations and fun intern social events.

Pros

Money, pension, you don’t have to work very hard

Cons

Complete lack of teamwork, rampant incompetence, no transparency or accountability, so many lies. Leaders say things that employees and the public want to hear, but rarely act accordingly…and everyone goes along with it for some reason (I’m guessing it’s the money.)
