      Pros

      - Benefit is good - Yearly increase (even if the company's current market value is going down for that year) - Yearly bonus (per performance rating but everyone gets some more than their current monthly salary [as for me]) - Work culture is good, they promote work-life balance.

      Cons

      - It's harder to move up given the competition - Overseas travel or opportunity depends on the project, [not a cons though) - Too keen with security protocol - as such undermines some potential for innovation. - Some bad decision making in the higher-ups affects the current status or directions of the projects
