Pros

Top notch company where leaders clearly role model Company values. Great structured leadership development programs. Lots of opportunity to work overseas. Competitive pay and benefits. Great opportunities to work in different functional areas if you are a proven performer.

Cons

Very little negative. Takes a little longer to move up the ranks due to size and scope.

Pros

Friendly employees, great benefits, and strong culture. Lots of stability and job opportunities. Great teamwork and non-competitive environment. Salaries and bonus are attractive. Multiple work locations but major offices are in the Bay Area and San Ramon. Great tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

Bureaucracy, process driven, and inefficient. Work force average age is on the older side. No free food and workloads are increasing. Business units and functional groups often work in silos.
