Pros

Good company to work, good opportunities to grow, very safety oriented, good compensation and benefits

Cons

i didn't expected the treatment that they gave me after 25 years of service. They extended an offer to a country where they knew I couldn't accept just to avoid paying the severance.

Pros

-Up to 8% matching for 401K -Good Healthcare Benefits & Programs -Lots of training classes for employees <5yrs experience -Friendly, professional employees

Cons

-Nepotism -Very large company means not enough work gets done and it's more costly to do it -Preselect for upper management early on and do not focus on development of other employees as much. -Emphasize work life balance, but realistically expect you to be glued to your phone/email. -They tell you where to work (even if it's in a remote location that you don't want to live in) because it's "best for your career" and then they never move you because it's too expensive to relocate you.
