Pros

- Good salary - Good ergonomics care for the employee - Very good health care benefit - Good lateral movements career -

Cons

It is not a place in which you could make a career unless you are willing to make a lot of lateral movements. Training is offered but sometimes you need to fight too much in order to get a 200 dollars training. Benefits are not something which you will find here.

Perception is not reality!

Pros

Company that provides great stability for families that require health benefits and retirement plan and overall supports Work/Life Balance.

Cons

It's not what you know or how hard you work, it's all about "perception" - objectivity is out the window! The old school thinking of "playing the game" is still practiced here and bullying exists so you can forget about career advancement and aligning opportunities if you step on the wrong manager's toes.
