      Pros

      Good company with some very great people. Lots of cross-function collaboration and opportunities to learn. Company still offers pension.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is evolving as organization is being restructured to a more centralized model. Rationale for executive leadership decisions and actions not always well understood. Information about changes have been slow to be communicated allowing too much time for rumors and anxiety to grow. It will be interesting to see how the company evolves in the next few years with significant enterprise-wide organizational changes and loss of talent.
