Pros

Great company. A lot of room for growth and learning. Definite focus on safety of employee and work life balance. Substantial raises if you perform.

Cons

Can be cut throat and extremely competitive. Very political with regard to promotions. Often times very stressful. Due to cyclical business, repeated lay offs when business slides.
