Pros

Great benefits and room to grow....if you have college degree.

Cons

Lost vision of what employees needed. Became a viper's den of political backstabbing. Experienced, non-degreed personnel were passed over during downturn.

Pros

Great Benefits and good company to start or enhance your experience.

Cons

Too many long term employees that are not open to new ideas. The high potential employees are more work than their worth. If you are a yes person, then Chevron is the place you want. If you want to think outside the box then go find a job.
