Pros

CSOC policy shows company wants to operate ethically.

Cons

Unreported repeated violations with the expensive IBM consulting account people bribing managers with goodies and freebies.

Pros

Company sponsored pension, 401k with company contribution, 9/80 schedule, bonus, comprehensive health plan, expensive cafeteria, have to pay to use the gym on campus.

Cons

Very corporate - can't ever wear jeans...not even on Fridays. Ranking system at review time sucks - everyone can have a great year performance-wise but some will be ranked low due to forced rankings.

Pros

Good benefits, competitive pay, good locations.

Cons

A lot of back room negotiations to bring in family members of employees instead of hiring the competent employee. A lot of employees are snotty. They used to have good career growth, now its a rather limiting company. Ruthless in layoffs.
