Fast money, flexible schedule, good place to start as a first time server.

Cons

Management at the time could have been better, coworkers were constantly not doing their job, a lot of new hires quit as soon as they got there, can be very stressful

Everyone I worked with was super supportive and helpful and made me feel welcome.

Cons

The company was having a hard time staying in business and as such, there was a constant changing of managers and there was high employee turnover.
