Some cool people, management was usually good.

Shifts can get swamped and bussers/runners only help their friends but still expect to get tipped out really well

Pros

There’s a lot of flexibility in creating your schedule and changing it as needed. The management is also flexible in allowing you to change your weekly hours available, if you need to change from full time to under 20 hours and week they can make it happen.

Cons

When the restaurant is slow, managers delay cutting servers and sending them home for the night in case it picks up. When the restaurant gets slow not many servers are making a lot of tips since we’ll only have 1-2 tables to serve at a time.
