      Pros

      The culture of Chevy's Fresh Mex was excellent. It really seemed that the upper management and owner actually cared for their employees. Great incentives and contests to get the most out of their employees.

      Cons

      As with all restaurants, the money is based on the amount of people that walk in the door. During the slow season I was forced to get a second job because of the lack of patrons. During the busy season however, money was great!

      It keeps you busy. If you have no plans to start a family , or want to further your career, this is the job for you!

      You have no free time for family or friends. They expect you to work whenever they feel like, or when they "need" you

      Pros

      They are flexible when it comes to accommodating your schedule needs. Very organized using hot schedules to keep updated and informed. You can even contact other employees to pick up your shift.

      Cons

      Schedule not posted until Friday for Monday and the manager speaks Spanish to the employees
