      Paid meals, solid foundation. They try and keep you happy as possible so you don't walk out and kill them in he end

      Cons

      Corporate politics. Always changes always new things to do. But nothing ever actually changes.

      Pros

      The culture of Chevy's Fresh Mex was excellent. It really seemed that the upper management and owner actually cared for their employees. Great incentives and contests to get the most out of their employees.

      Cons

      As with all restaurants, the money is based on the amount of people that walk in the door. During the slow season I was forced to get a second job because of the lack of patrons. During the busy season however, money was great!
