      Daily interaction with guests as they come to the restaurant. Its a fast paced environment.

      It seems that the busier the day, the income does not reflect the business.

      Hours were flexible and could usually work around any conflict we had

      Management on many levels wasn't able to help the staff. We were usually the enemy to both our customers and our higher-ups.
