Pros

Learning recipes from scratch. good training program. Managers and trainers were nice. Liked the food a lot which helped sell it to the customers.

Cons

Hard to fit in if you are not bi lingual. Since the recipes made from scratch we would run out if it was busier than usual and it was hard to explain to customers. Always short on help which made it more stressful.

Pros

Given a lot of hours because they are so shorthanded and have such a huge turn around.

Cons

Terrible manager, seriously a mean person. You are practically begging people to come in, there aren't consistently guests coming in.

Pros

Food was good. You made a decent amount of tips in the summer. Some of the other servers were friendly.

Cons

At the time I worked there, they were starting to make changes(hiring new managers and servers). The severs who worked there for a long time thought they were still running the store and often gossiped.
