I do a multitude of roles that help save money for the company. I get no bonuses and I make the same (or less) than most coworkers that do the bare minimum.

The policies upheld by management ensure that in a 12 hour shift employees cannot use the bathroom or get a drink of water without being reprimanded for time off of task or TOT. Chewy does not accept doctor notes, and will allow you 60 hours a year to be sick or miss work for any reason resulting in loss of employment once those hours are gone. 60 hours or 5 full shifts.
