      Pros

      Awesome modern culture and work environment. Get to wear whatever you want, happy hour, pets are allowed at work. Fun people.

      Cons

      Takes forever to make a decent living here while a select few are making all the money. False promises. High school mentality from the director in customer service. You get more tasks if you're doing well but not more money.

      Pros

      The management on my shift is super awesome! You will see them out on the floor pulling palley jacks, packing customers orders and even ground and single picking. It is great to see a supervisor doing physical work!

      Cons

      The job is VERY VERY physical on the fulfillment side of the company. The buliding is fairly new so it is still working out the kinks, but other than that i have NO complaints!
