      The growth and hands - on experience that a person can gain from this organization is rewarding. You are encouraged to think bigger and better with innovative ideas to make processes easier. There is so much opportunity here that is unimaginable. This Company is growing so fast that it is exciting day after day to see where the Company is headed.

      Cons

      This is a start-up organization that is very fast paced with high expectations. There are many long days that are necessary in order to get the job done. The benefit plans could be improved. The costs in enrolling your children on your benefit plans are high.
