Pros

Decent pay. Nice schedule. Okay training.

Cons

Nurses are very rude and snobby, barely willing to help new employees. Witnessed a Nurse yell and argue with a patient that was in pain, belittling him. Most MHTs are nice but some treat the patients awful, like they’re not even people. It’s a pretty unprofessional workplace. Higher ups began flirting with me and crossing boundaries not long after I started. I would never send a loved one or recommend this place to anyone. Staff medicated a patient so much they never left their bed and later was sent out to an actual hospital due to their condition. Some staff laughed it off when talking about it. Once you’re done training, you really don’t hear from your boss or higher staff again.
