This hospital is oriented to just one goal: get patients the care they need by all means necessary. I’ve seen them jump hoops to accommodate patients sometimes though the most unorthodox means. The bosses understand that our patients are lacking home comfort so they try to do nice things all the time. Caring for the patients is why I worked here so long

Cons

It’s unorthodox. The leadership structure is small and changes come from all directions. But it gets to the point.
