      Pros

      I started at CBH 6 months ago. Everyone has been extremely helpful. Anytime I have any questions, someone is there to help. Management is very easy to talk to and is willing to listen to find the best solutions. Management is also open to ideas of improvement, always willing to try and see if something will work while advocating for our patients.

      Pros

      Communication between team members has been improved and everyone is on the same page as far as clinical goals and patient care. Fast paced environment so it keeps things interesting and challenging.

      Behavioral health is hard work, so be sure to take care of yourself too!

      Good salary and they pay 100% of health benefits

      Cons

      They work you like a dog and they are unethical. It is an understaffed and unsafe hospital. No respect for employee's. Management swears at staff and treats you like trash.
