      Very few, what pros there are you can get at another company that will treat you like you matter. Very much the let's get another body in here mentality. No development. Trial by fire.

      Cons

      Where do I begin.... Leadership is nonexistent. There is a... I will hide in my office and hope my subordinates figure this out for me attitude... If they don't.... Goodbye. Expect no support for the incoming management. Disorganized.
