Chicago Title - Excellent Opportunities

Pros

Entrepreneurial atmosphere, where you are encouraged to be yourself as opposed to fitting into a pre-determined mold. Supportive sales management with the perfect balance of attention – not too much or too little. Some of the best closers and underwriters in the business. Upper management has a no-nonsense style that lends itself to quick action. Results are recognized and rewarded. Lots of upside here people, I highly recommend coming on board.

Cons

We are in a competitive market so you must find different ways to add value. In busy months, you must be able to multi-task and wear many hats at once.

Pros

Easy to get hired and fired

Cons

zero support for employees or response to employee input Unwilling to support initiatives that require investment of funds. A closed shop where friends are protected. Not a meritocracy

Pros

Good Pay and the work is steady. There is room for growth with the company. The benefits are good along with their 401k plan.

Cons

A lot of hours under a lot of stress. Sometimes the workload is hard to complete within the time frame that the company allows.
