Pros

The company is very organized and provides a very structured work environment. The management is good and respectful of the employees.

Cons

There can be a lot of overtime due to the type of business and scheduling conflicts. Usually the overtime is not preplanned but, your just stuck there. You must have a flexible schedule to work in the escrow department.

zero support for employees or response to employee input Unwilling to support initiatives that require investment of funds. A closed shop where friends are protected. Not a meritocracy

Pros

Good people, nice managers. Very stable environment.

Cons

Many employees are hired as temps, told of a 3 month trial period, but not fully hired until a yr or so later. Title company so that means the last days of the month and November/December are crazy busy
