The pay has been great Basic benefits.

Cons

Mgmt is afraid to train escrow to improve customer service. Sales can’t bring up any issues. Basically, shut up and deal with it. Nothing will improve. Healthcare benefits are expensive and high deductibles. They deduct your hours I’d you go to a dr appt. Very petty.

While working there it was a very chill and layer back environment and everyone was very friendly and more than happy to help if needed.

Cons

The only con about working there was sometimes it was slow and you weren’t doing too much so it got boring at times.
