Great place to learn how to trade. In house education is the best in the business. Lots of smart people.

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy. Too many project managers and not enough project doers.

Pros

Treated with respect and given freedom to work and not be micro-managed. Free lunchs is a great perk and overall a great office to work out of.

Cons

Some people may find the ability to move up in rank limiting. I'd argue that as a minimum it would be a well respected entry on your resume if you are looking to move up the ladder elsewhere.
