Pros

The staff are easy to get along with and the kids are fun. The salary is based on your prior experience. Spellman location feels like a family :)

Cons

Management does very little when a problem arises. In addition to this, being at the Spellman location feels like you are apart from the main location because management at main location rarely shows appreciation to Spellman staff.

Pros

Non profit, lots of programs for children and families, competitive pay, good benefits, culturally diverse and engaging

Cons

As a non profit, pay is lower compared to other comparable organizations, staff are overworked at times.
