      Overall, wonderful company with many in demand services needed in the community

      Pay is absolutely horrible and you most likely won't be compensated according to ability, qualifications, etc.

      Upper management is nice, professional.

      Cons

      Lack of structure for children, broken toys and not enough toys for the children, Hours and schedules are unreasonable when compared to compensation. You would need a second job to support yourself.
