Business Outlook
Pros
Good salaries, genuinely nice people, lots of perks (free lunch, etc.), surprisingly good benefits for the company size (including 401K). A fun and friendly working environment. They also have a warm and fuzzy mission of helping underprivileged children (Head Start).
Cons
As a small company, they can't afford to keep any dead weight and will let you go if you're not working out.
