no sense of who is upper level management, disorganized, hard to request time off from work, no room for advancement

Great co-workers, some very supportive superiors, always learning something new with clients/ therapy

Cons

a lot of unorganized travel, overly scrutinized paperwork, lack of support dependent on who is working on case

Other TSS I worked well with and got along great with as well as the BSCs Flexible scheduling Accommodating to find a client in an area near your home Have PTO and 17 paid holidays off throughout the year including a Christmas Break Paid for completing notes

Cons

Very low pay compared to other companies Upper management was corrupt and lacked knowledge about how to run a company Paperwork kept changing as well as the rules Again the upper management..made me hate going to the office
