      3 12s, PTO, Pay, EAP, and good campus security.

      Cons

      Not enough techs on unit, gossip, nightshift vs. dayshift conflicts, personal conflicts could lead to lack of communication.

      Pros

      I was able to take 4 months maternity leave with 100% pay this is great. Everyone is so nice here ! -tuition reimbursement -Arizona college is 100% paid for bachelors (certain degrees) -pays schoolbooks -higher chance to get into nursing school if you work here -This place always try to help you get higher education, letting you shadow techs/nurses. -PCT program that get paid while learning.

      Cons

      None really, it's such a great place to work! I'm not a fan of how much meds are covered I pay a little more compared to my old insurance. -need to ask for a day off at least 5 months in advance. Its better if you just switch shifts with people.
