Pros

I'm a new employee to the children's health system and so far I think it's a great organization. You can tell this health system is has the best interest of the patients in mind and not just profit

Cons

A larger web of contacts due to the organizations size

Pros

Though the organization has had to go through many changes (due to healthcare reform, etc), they are attempting to model good transitional requirements. They aren't all the way there yet, but they are instilling the training, organizational, and cultural changes required to become a top tier provider in Children's healthcare.

Cons

They are finishing transitional phases now (restructuring, etc). Things will settle down late 2013, early 2014.
