Pros

Amazing mission and people really care about their work. Kind, smart, supportive coworkers. Competitive salary. Hybrid work environment for certain roles. Good benefits for new parents and fertility assistance. Professional development opportunities and tuition assistance are great. Good work/life harmony. Leaders are genuine and committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.

Cons

Sometimes things move slowly like most healthcare organizations. The PTO isn’t great (you have to use PTO for holidays and they do not give a generous amount if you consider all federal holidays, sick time, and vacation). Healthcare premiums and deductibles are pretty high your first 3 years - it’s fully covered after that though. Otherwise this is an amazing company and it makes the small amount of cons worth it!
