Pros

Benefits- great medical if you choose the right plan. Reasonable cost if you complete health assessment. They have several activities that recognize staff and show appreciation.

Cons

Salary is not comparable to the current market. Training was horrible- disorganized and several people didn't know the answers to staff questions. Promotions are based on who you know and how well you are like instead of being based on experience, knowledge, and skills. HR is not on the employees side and do not assist when staff has complaints or concerns.

Pros

None. I have been really disappointed.

Cons

Too many to list. Negative work environment, lack of teamwork amongst the entire hospital especially from unit to unit, and distrust is evident. It's a everyone for themselves sort of environment.
